One of the most important items on the checklist of any serious competitor should be a laser rangefinder. They’re always accurate to whatever target you may be aiming them and they work on any course without a subscription or download. Trust me when I say that tour players and caddies are using them in practice rounds. The Legends Tour as well as many state opens and amateur events even allow their use during competition. We love the GPS units for casual golfers and will talk more about them in an upcoming post.
