One of the most important items on the checklist of any serious competitor should be a laser rangefinder. They’re always accurate to whatever target you may be aiming them and they work on any course without a subscription or download. Trust me when I say that tour players and caddies are using them in practice rounds. The Legends Tour as well as many state opens and amateur events even allow their use during competition.
